In yet another instance of individuals bypassing their own well being just to get a stylish selfie, a man in Kerala got soundly whacked by an elephant in his offer to bring a photo with the pachyderm.

The occurrence, as reported by the Mathrubhumi every day, happened at 1 am in the night on Tuesday when Sreelal (37) took a stab at offering a banana to an elephant resting after a tiring parade at a sanctuary in Kilimanur. While the elephant’s mahouts were dozing, Sreelal exploited the circumstance and had a go at taking a selfie. Yet, the elephant, plainly not entertained, initially whacked him with its trunk and after that hit him with its tusk on his thigh.
