Wax figures of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join the positions of world leaders at Madame Tussauds in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok in April, the prestigious waxworks museum announced reported on Wednesday.
“The figures will be wearing his mark kurta in cream with coat and he will be included in a traditional pose making a namaste gesture,” Madame Tussauds said in a statement.
Modi was included in the creation of his figure and gave Madame Tussauds’ artists a sitting at his official residence arrangement in New Delhi not long ago, it said.
The announcement cited Modi as saying, “Madame Tussauds has crafted figures of exceptionally recognized dignitaries from around the globe – how might I be able to respect myself deserving of being close by them?
“Be that as it may, when I was educated that your choice had exuded from popular feeling and open estimation, I was helped. Amid my sitting, I watched the group precisely and was profoundly awed by its devotion, demonstrable skill and expertise.”
